TRADING HOURS

Gimlet is open 7 days a week from 12 noon until late.

Supper is served on Friday and Saturdays from 10pm until 1am.

Reservations for groups of 1 to 8 guests can be made online, with reservations available 3 months prior to the dining date.

Reservations for larger parties of up to 12 guests, can be accommodated in our semi private dining space the Palm Room which sits atop the Russell Street dining mezzanine with sweeping views over the restaurant.
Reservations for the Palm Room can be made online up to 3 months prior to the dining date.
Should you wish to make a reservation for the space beyond this, please contact our Guest Services Team for availability.

Should you wish to join us without a reservation, walk-ins are always welcomed at Gimlet.

Please note a 1.4% surcharge applies on all credit card payments. A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays, and 15% on public holidays.
