Torbreck Back Vintages

A relative newcomer to the Australian wine scene named after a forest near Inverness, Scotland, the first Torbreck wine was commercially released in 1997 to international fanfare and acclaim. In 2005, Torbreck was named one of the world’s great wine estates. Obsessive about quality, they use generations of farming know-how from some of the oldest vines in the world, the finest oak barrels and the magic of time – only releasing wines when they’re ready.

We are so excited to offer unparalleled back vintage Torbreck wines at Gimlet; also a relative newcomer to the dining scene in Melbourne, but with similar passion, attention to detail and pursuit of quality to create delicious things to eat and drink.

Wines listed from as early as 2005:

Torbreck ‘The Steading’ Blanc Roussanne Blend

Torbreck Runrig Shiraz / Viognier

Torbreck ‘The Factor’ Shiraz

Torbreck ‘The Pict’ Mataro

Torbreck ‘The Struie’ Shiraz
