Pears Foster

A new tableside dessert joins our evening service, inspired by the generous dessert traditions of Louisiana and reimagined through the richness of autumn fruit. 

 Our Pears Foster sees ripe red d’Anjou pears folded through brown sugar caramel, cinnamon and a nutty barley and oat crumb, before being finished in flame at the table. It is served with a quenelle of brown butter ice cream, melting into the hot pears, and a pour of silky crème anglaise that gathers every note of spice, smoke, and caramel into a final, lingering finish.

Pears Foster are available from 9pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 10pm Friday and Saturday.
