Gimlet at Icebergs - Sunday 18th April

We’re travelling to Sydney, and we couldn’t be more excited.

On Sunday April 18th, Andrew, Allan and Cam will join Maurice and his team in the Icebergs Bar for one night only.
What a pleasure it is to bring a little piece of our cocktail bar to one of the most celebrated (and one of our favourite) dining rooms in the country.
And where to begin about that view…

We’re preparing a menu of snacks and classic cocktails that are reflective of the good times at Gimlet.
Old world meets new, with a touch of indulgence against the incredible backdrop of Bondi Beach.
