Campari Seltz - The Iconic Serve

 
 

An icon of Campari’s famed Camparino Bar in Galleria, Milan, Gimlet is only the third venue to have their Seltz machine available to the public and the first in the southern hemisphere. ⁠

The recipe for this drink is the perfect example of simplicity, a ritual unchanged since 1915.
​​​​​​​Ice-cold Campari is combined with water siphoned from the machine into a frozen glass. The high pressure Seltz aerates the Campari, releasing botanicals and creating a silky froth.

A tradition for Aperitivo Hour, it's our recommendation for the afternoon and a ritual to bring to the table before any other drinks are delivered.
